1、 Structural characteristics
The desulfurization tower is a new generation desulfurization device developed by our company, with high desulfurization efficiency and no water in the outlet flue gas. The material of the desulfurization tower is high-quality fiberglass coil cylindrical tower, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, wear-resistant, has high peel strength, and has a long service life. Desulfurization equipment, namely spray system, demister, backwash device and other auxiliary facilities, shall be installed in the spray tower to ensure reliable operation of equipment.
2、 Working principle
After dust removal, the flue gas generated by the boiler is blown into the spray desulfurization tower under positive pressure by the induced draft fan (the flue gas inlet is set in the middle of the desulfurization tower). A pre cooling system is installed at the inlet of the desulfurization tower, and the cooled flue gas enters the desulfurization tower. A three-layer high-efficiency atomization system is installed inside the tower, and the space in this section is filled with atomized droplets with a particle size of 100-300 μ m sprayed by the atomizer. SO2 in the flue gas reacts fully with the absorbing alkali solution to remove sulfur dioxide. The desulfurized liquid falls into the bottom of the desulfurizing tower, and is regularly discharged into the collection system set behind the desulfurizing tower. After a certain amount of alkali liquor is properly supplemented, it is sent to the spray and liquid preparation system through the circulating pump for reuse. The desulfurizing agent is always in circulation.
After multiple cycles, the desulfurized slurry is discharged into the post-treatment system. When the desulfurized flue gas passes through the tower top defogger, its guiding effect generates strong centrifugal force to separate the liquid droplets in the flue gas, achieving the effect of simultaneous dust removal and defogging. Clean flue gas emissions meet the final standard.

This system needs to be designed based on the boiler model, coal consumption, flue gas composition, flue gas flow rate, temperature, medium concentration and other indicators provided by the user, as well as user requirements. It can undertake all or part of the project. Our company has special calculation program software to ensure accurate and reasonable selection.
